What is a fanlisting
[As taken from the AnimeFanlistings.Org] A fanlisting is a web clique that lists fans of a particular subject. Unlike most web cliques, a person does not need a web site in order to join. Fans from around the world submit their information to their approved fanlisting and they are then listed to show their love for the subject.
Rozen Maiden
The Rozen Maidens are a collection of dolls created by a craftsman named Rozen, whom the dolls refer to as "Father". Their primary source of power is a human host (a "medium") that wears a ring to symbolize their bond with the doll, although certain dolls have been shown to act without a medium. According to Shinku, she can last for 30 minutes without a medium. Each Rozen Maiden has her own distinct personality, guardian spirit, and supernatural ability. Their apparent purpose is to participate in the "Alice Game", a lethal competition that promises the winner the right to meet "Father" by becoming "Alice", a girl of supreme beauty that lives inside of "Father", which is said to be "more sublime than any flower, purer than any gem, and without a touch of impurity".
The game is played through duels in which the dolls fight using both their guardian spirits and respective abilities—such as the manipulation of strawberry vines—as well as the spiritual energy from their medium. The doll that loses the duel loses her "Rosa Mystica", the very essence that endows her with the ability to move. The lost Rosa Mystica is then collected and absorbed by the duel's winner. This Rosa Mystica contains the doll's memories and emotions. The doll that gains all of her sisters' Rosa Mystica will become Alice. Shinku, the central doll of the series, is notable in that while she does not refuse to fight, she does refuse to take the lost power and kill a sister doll. Supposedly, a doll can no longer become Alice if she loses her Rosa Mystica or her ring (which is used to transfer power from a medium), but there have been exceptions to this rule.
Barasuishou
Barasuishou introduces herself as the seventh Rozen Maiden doll, though this is merely a ploy to dupe the other six Rozen Maidens into entering the Alice Game so that she may obtain their Rosa Mystica. She is clad entirely in lavender and wears an eyepatch over her left eye, though she is revealed to not be missing an eye at all. The eyepatch seems to act as a seal over her emotions, since she only shows a personality when it is removed. In the first and last episodes of Rozen Maiden träumend, she deliberately parrots whatever is said to her in an effort to annoy. Barasuishou is unnaturally calm most of the time, apparently possessing no conscience, and is an extremely powerful adversary in battle. She is also hinted to be mad; when Shinku has her pinned to the floor towards the end of their battle, Barasuishou simply giggles and smiles disarmingly at Shinku. She has the ability to create and manipulate all sorts of crystalline elements, including glass.
Barasuishou's appearance marks the "true" start of the Alice Game, and her presence means that all seven Rozen Maiden dolls are awake. The Alice Game is prematurely commenced when Barasuishou and Souseiseki cross paths with an image of "Father" in a state of misery. Barasuishou tells Souseiseki that he is grieving because he "cannot find Alice", and therefore they must conclude the fight once and for all. Her "Father" is Enju, who was initially believed to be Rozen himself, but is merely Rozen's jealous apprentice. Barasuishou's true origin is revealed in the final episode of Rozen Maiden träumend. Enju was obsessed with surpassing Rozen as the greatest dollmaker; to achieve that end, he created Barasuishou to oppose the Rozen Maidens, take their Rosae Mystica, and finish as the last doll standing. The elements of Barasuishou's attire and overall appearance suggest that Enju had seen Rozen's design for Kirakishou and created Barasuishou from his recollection of it. Barasuishou is believed to have died after being unable to contain the power of the six Rosae Mystica she absorbed; despite Enju's plea for her to release the Rosa Mystica once he realized the truth, she continued to cry out to "Father" and crumbled to pieces in Enju's hands.
Barasuishou appears only in Rozen Maiden träumend and in one scene of the OVA. She does not exist in the manga
Why Barasuishou
I like the doll. Maybe she's a fake but still I really loved the last part of the first episode of Traumend when she showed herself up introducing herself as Barasuishou, the 7th Rozen Maiden x3 She looked so cool and wonderful *-* Plus, I love her clothes and his attitude x) and I believe she has a very interesting ability too =D It was a really bad end that she had u_U She was a nice candidate to become Alice =_=
Puppet
Well, Barasuishou is not a Rozen Maiden but a fake of one of them. Plus, she doesn't have any kind of emotion and acts like she has no conscience. So, the way I see it, she's just Enju's puppet =)
